Description

1887 Sg 199

2d Green & Vermillion Jubilee.

With unlisted break in lines to left of value tablet

Superb unmounted mint single of this scarce shade which only comes from the 1st printing. The true vermillion shade resembles the 1/2d vermillion from the same set and is a lot scarcer than the huge number on B1D would suggest. Most of those advertised on B1D are 100% not vermillion but a colour changed carmine or just carmine being described incorrectly. Put the two correct shades together and the difference is chalk and cheese

We have thousands more quality unmounted (MNH) items on our website and in our shop here on B1D.

If its quality you're after....you've found it!

We offer a full 100% no quibble guarantee if you're are unhappy with your purchase for any reason. The item must be returned to us in the condition it was sent within 14 days.
