 S70l  "Phantom R Second Retouch" Ex Cyl 37 No Dot R.20/12, The flaw is "unmounted" 

This positional piece also shows perf encroachment and the clearly seen miss-cut bottom margin showing the dotted cut line. This results in a deeper bottom margin for this piece.
