A Corner Marginal Block of four with the different spacing between rows showing that the two lines of the surcharge were applied in separate operations. This is a most elusive stamp on cover especially a First Day Cover (30th Jan 1915)

U/M (un-mounted mint) is Mint Never Hinged or Never Hinged Mint.
M/M (mounted mint) is Hinged Mint.
