This lot isd for a mint SG154 - 4d Grey- Brown (plate 17) Victorian Surface Printed Stamp - Watermark Large Garter - Excellent Colour and Centering with some original gum

A very faint diagonal inverted crease mentioned for accuracy - Hardly detracts from the quality of centering and colour of this scarce mint victorian issue

There is also a faint expertising mark in purple ink in the bottom right hand corner but this is difficult to distinguish accurately and can be seen in the reverse image
