This lot features both a normal example of the 1901 SG39 3 cents on 36 cents overprint in brown and Carmine and the rare error SG39b with 3 cents almost entirely missing - with an additional variety of the lower overprint line being partially missing. Both are Mint hinged. See photo for comparison.
