Hand illustrated card from famous artist ESTELLA CANZIANI aged 13 to her mother, sent from DEAL to family home in KENSINGTON in 1900.

Canziani later gained fame as a painter, travel writer and folklorist. Many of her works are held by Birmingham museum of Art.

Her mother Louisa Starr / Canziani was also a famous artist.

This card shows her early artistic talent.
