Limited Edition (30) commemorative smilers cover bearing Royal Mail's Year of the Ox 1st class Smilers stamp/label on the occasion of the Chinese New Year. The souvenir cover has been professional printed and hand-stamped by Royal Mail on first day of the Chinese New Year and is supplied with internal stiffer and protective cellophane cover.
