The British Forces Philatelic Service has issued a second themed Smilers stamp sheet for 2020, commemorating the 75th Anniversary of British Forces in Germany. The sheet is based on the Red, White and Blue Smilers sheet format with a label featuring the flags of the UK and Germany, commemorating the event. We are pleased to be able to offer this (limited edition) Smilers sheet, supplied in a sealed black presentation pack including a two page information note.
