Issued by the Basingstoke Philatelic Society to commemorate their 70th Anniversary in 2005.

This sheet exists in two different states from four different printings.

Type 1 - Black screen print to portion of petal on stamp 4/1 (No customer reference number in lower left hand box)

Type 1a - Black screen print to portion of petal on stamp 4/1 (Customer reference number is 9804502 in lower left hand box)

Type 2 - No black screen print to portion of petal on stamp 4/1 (Customer reference number is 0070438 in lower left hand box)

Type 2a - No black screen print to portion of petal on stamp 4/1 (Customer reference number is 0129654 in lower left hand box)

This sheet if Type 2 - White background to petal on stamp 4/1, a rather squashed label image and customer reference number printed in box 0070438
