‘Melody Cards’

Musical birthday cards. c1958 when these cards were first being produced by London outfit Southern Music Publishing Ltd, at the time with patent pending. To be played as 45’ discs on a record player.

I believe these were a novelty for a few years before the mass production of 45’s took off in 1960s
