1901 newspaper wrapper front 1/2d uprated to 4d with a pair of Jubilees SG199 and SG200 and sent to LIMA, PERU. I doubt this was a regular destination for periodicals from GB

Printed matter rate to Peru was 1/2d per 2 ounces so the contents weighed 14-16 oz. Fairly hefty. Possibly several editions of Marmalade Monthly.

Sent 5 days before death of QV, arrived sone time after.
